About your Job:As an Aircraft Lead Mechanic - Cabin
Maintenance, you will be responsible in coordination of Mechanics under your
control within your area and to ensure that all Scheduled and Non Scheduled
maintenance conducted on QR Aircraft is carried out to the highest possible
Maintenance Standards and Safety in the most productive and cost effective
manner using all available resources at Engineering’s disposal.
About you:
To be selected for this role you will need a Diploma in Aircraft
Maintenance or Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Aeronautical, or
equivalent degree in Aircraft Engineering from a recognised university or
apprenticeship / approved technical college diploma.
You should have at least 5 years work job related experience and
completed minimum 2 years as AM.05. The selected candidate will have excellent
knowledge of aircraft maintenance fundamentals, air legislation and required to
show a high level of knowledge and skill of Line maintenance activities and the
ability to perform most duties /responsibilities independently.
You must have strong communication skills with the ability to
communicate effectively in a multicultural environment to all levels in the
organization.
